CONTACT
SPIDEY TRACKER.
One address, read by the person who builds Spidey Tracker: [email protected].
Every message about Spidey Tracker — a wrong pin, a rights claim, a privacy question, a bug on the map — goes to the same inbox. There is no contact form, no ticket number and no support tier: you write to one person and that person answers. Anything on this page that mentions Spidey Tracker policy is what actually happens, not a boilerplate promise.
Rights holders, read this first. If material on Spidey Tracker belongs to you and you want it gone, it gets removed. No negotiation, no delay while ownership is debated. Send the URL to [email protected] and it comes down.
WHAT TO SEND SPIDEY TRACKER, AND HOW
| Reason | What to include |
|---|---|
| Copyright, trademark or takedown request | The exact URL, a description of the material, the rights you hold and your contact details. State whether you are the rights holder or acting on their behalf. |
| Correction to a pin, event or article | Which pin or page, what is wrong, and a public source for the correct version if you have one. |
| Privacy question or data request | What you want to know or have deleted. See the privacy policy for what is actually held — there is no account system, so in practice this concerns email correspondence only. |
| Something is broken | Your browser and device, the page you were on, and what happened. A screenshot helps. |
| Sighting report | Post it publicly on X to @SpideyTracker with #SpideyTracker rather than emailing it. Community reports are sourced from public posts. |
WHO YOU ARE WRITING TO
Spidey Tracker is an independent fan project run by one developer. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Sony Pictures, Marvel or Samsung, and it cannot answer questions about the film, ticketing, press access or official campaign material. Those belong with the studio, whose own campaign site is spideytracker.net. More background is on the about page.
There is no contact form on this page on purpose: a form would mean collecting and storing what you type, and Spidey Tracker deliberately stores nothing about its visitors. Email keeps the exchange between you and one inbox.
RESPONSE TIMES
Spidey Tracker is a side project, not a staffed desk. Ordinary questions are usually answered within a few days. Rights and takedown requests are treated as urgent and handled first — the material is removed from Spidey Tracker while the message is being answered, not after.
CONTACT SPIDEY TRACKER — FAQ
How do I contact Spidey Tracker?
Email [email protected]. That address reaches the person who builds and maintains Spidey Tracker directly — there is no ticket queue and no support bot in front of it. Expect a reply within a few days.
I own the rights to something on this site. How do I get it taken down?
Email [email protected] with the exact URL, a description of the material and confirmation that you hold the rights or act for the rights holder. Valid requests are actioned by removing the material — there is no counter-argument stage and no delay while terms are negotiated.
A pin, date or event on the map is wrong. Where do I report it?
Send the pin or event name and what is wrong to [email protected]. Corrections to confirmed sightings are the most useful reports, because those pins are supposed to map to published campaign material and a wrong one undermines the whole labelling system.
Can I submit a Spider-Man sighting to Spidey Tracker?
Community sightings are picked up from public posts on X that tag @SpideyTracker with #SpideyTracker, not from email. Anything sourced that way appears as a rumored lead rather than a confirmed pin.
Do you accept advertising, sponsorship or partnership enquiries?
Advertising on this site runs through Google AdSense only, and there are no sponsored placements, paid links or paid reviews. Partnership pitches can still be sent to [email protected], but the answer is usually no.
